A minimum of two-year limited craftsmanship warranty covers any defects in the materials and workmanship for Hardscapes manufactured and installed by ReNu Landscapes LLC. This warranty is only valid if the hardscapes have been installed by ReNu Landscapes LLC and has not been repaired or altered by any other company or persons.

• Two-Year Materials/Craftsmanship Warranty: We provide a two-year guarantee that all of our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and proper handling.

• We do not – We do not provide regular maintenance that any outdoor living area may require. This pertains to, water-feature upkeep, weeding in landscapes, etc.

No Water Feature Warranty

ReNu Landscapes LLC does NOT cover any defects or leaks in water feature due to many environmental factors.

No Paver Maintenance

ReNu Landscapes LLC does NOT cover maintenance of pavers. Joints and pavers may grow mold and mildew due to moisture. Sealing of pavers will not prevent the growth. ReNu Landscapes is not responsible for mold, mildew, or moss growth at the joints or on the pavers. If moss / mildew / or mold is left on the paver joint, it can damage the sand. This is not warranted by ReNu Landscapes. 

ReNu recommends spraying a diluted pool algaecide twice a year to prevent growth.

Alliance Gator M3 product will help prevent the growth of Moss, Mold & Mildew from returning.

If you find any defects in material or craftsmanship, please contact ReNu Landscapes LLC directly at ashley@renulandscapes.com. If your product qualifies for warranty service repair/replacement, ReNu Landscapes LLC will cover costs.

Warranty Limitations

The above warranty does not apply to products which are (i) repaired, modified or altered by any party other than ReNu Landscapes LLC; (ii) used in conjunction with equipment not provided or authorized by ReNu Landscapes LLC; or (iii) subjected to unusual physical conditions, thermal conditions, misuse, abuse, accident or negligence in the use, storage, transportation or handling. RENU LANDSCAPES LLC’S LIABILITY, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY, FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO RENULANDSCAPES LLC REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, RENU LANDSCAPES LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. RENU LANDSCAPES LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Non-Warranty Repairs

If a product that is not covered by the above warranty needs repairing, please contact ReNu Landscapes LLC directly via email at ashley@renulandscapes.com. We will decide whether a repair or replacement is the best option and will advise you of the cost of such repair or replacement.
